The USWHBA Schedule of events for the year 2010

April

New Jersey

President Robin Rivello and Secretary Michael Yodice will be at Rutgers University for the 2010 AG Field Day. The 4 Rutgers Mustangs will be offered at auction. 

AG FIELD DAY     SAT. APRIL 24^TH 2010

The horses may be previewed at the Annual Rutgers Ag Field Day Horse show on Saturday, April 24th.

There will also be a public preview in early April, date to be determined.
Registration forms and horse information will be available by January of 2010.

AUCTION     SUN. APRIL 25^TH 2010

The 2010 Young Horse auction will be held on Sunday, April 26th at the Round House on Sheep Fold Lane. 

The Bidder registration and preview of the horses will start at 11AM, the auction will start at 1PM.

Connecticut

Ohio

North East Region 2 Directors Megan Print and Cliff Crowl will be having a car wash fundraiser for their "Claddagh Farm Horse Rescue" on Saturday, April 24th. They will also have USWHBA merchandise and information available. The car wash will be held at the Bowling Green Ohio Tractor Supply Co. store. 18201 North Dixie Highway, Bowling Green Ohio, 43402. Ricks Saddle Shop Equestrian Super Store. 282 Rt. 539, Cream Ridge, N.J. 08514, will be hosting "Mustang Weekend" This event will take place Saturday July 31st and Sunday August 1st. New Jersey

Members and directors will be working the USWHBA booth at the New Jersey State Fair. The fair starts Friday August 6th and runs thru Sunday August 15th. The fair is located at 37 Plains Rd. Augusta, New Jersey.

The Multi farm / barn tack sale fundraiser for the USWHBA planned for Saturday August 21st has been canceled and will be re scheduled for another date.

Connecticut

USWHBA Treasurer Kim Dore will be having a "Gentled Mustang Mini Adoption" at her farm in Litchfield Connecticut on Saturday, August 14th. Contact Kim at treasurer@uswhba for directions to her farm, and for information on the Mustangs that will be available for adoption. All BLM rules and regulations apply to this adoption.

New Jersey

The USWHBA will be holding a Mustang and Burro only fun show in conjunction with the BLM Wild Horse and Burro Adoption at the Sussex County New Jersey Fair Grounds, 37 Plains Rd, Augusta N.J. on Friday Sept. 10th and Saturday Sept. 11th. Show and adoption details and information will be available here the first week of August.

November 13th. Drawing for the Halls Brook House Raffle. Winner will be notified on the 20th of November.
