Mentors and Trainers
Mentors and Trainers are key assets to the USWHBA and the adopters they assist. They are the minds and hands that help set the training wheels into motion. Mentors and Trainers provide the information and experience that adopters need to become successful with their wild equines. Whether it's talking to an adopter on the telephone and via e-mail, or meeting with an adopter and working with their animal, mentors and trainers help adopters and owners achieve positive results.
If you are an experienced Wild Horse or Burro trainer, and would like to share your knowledge with others, you can apply for the USWHBA Mentors or Trainers program. Membership in the USWHBA is required to qualify.
